・1回のダウンロードで、日本語・英語版とも入手できます。

★糸・キットなどの商品について
・期間限定ショップのため、基本的に商品の再入荷はございません。

★メール受信設定について
受注、発送のご連絡、その他のお知らせをメールでいたしますので、ご注文の際には必ず　＠tokyoyarncrawl.com　からの受信ができるように設定をお願いします。

★お支払いについて
・クレジットカードによる決済がご利用いただけます。商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定いたします。

★配送について
・商品は、各ショップから直送となります。
　そのため、複数のご注文をいただいた場合、お荷物の到着が複数回に渡りますので、予めご了承ください。
・出荷はご注文から7日以内とし、遅れる場合は別途ご連絡いたします。
・複数回の出荷のご連絡はその都度いたします。
・配送便は、ショップにお任せください。着日のご指定はできません。
・配送については日本国内のみとなります。

★送料について
・送料は無料です。

★返品交換について
・お客様のご都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。
・商品に破損・汚損がある場合、商品に欠陥がある場合は、必ず商品到着から5日以内に東京ヤーンクロール事務局までご連絡ください。

★お問い合わせについて
・ご購入前の商品に関するお問い合わせ、並びにご購入後のお買い物に関するお問い合わせは、東京ヤーンクロール事務局宛にメール、またはコンタクトページからご連絡ください。
・ご購入後の作り方の疑問等、商品内容に関するお問い合わせは各ショップまでお願いいたします。

★About this site:
This online shop is only up for a limited time, during the 2020 Tokyo Yarn Crawl.
From October 1st, we will be selling digital patterns, and from November 1st until the end of the yarn crawl, we will sell special items from different shops, yarn, kits, etc. When the yarn crawl ends on Nov 29, the shop will be closed.

This site is for people living inside Japan. If you live in foreign countries, please visit our homepage (only download patterns are available).

★ Digital patterns are available for download only. There are no print versions.
・ Both Japanese and English versions can be obtained with a single download.
・ We recommend downloading on a PC.
(Downloading is a bit more difficult on smartphones and tablets due to the heaviness of the files)
・ Digital contents can only be paid for with a credit card.
・ Digital contents and other products must be purchased separately.
・There are no refunds available on download purchases.
The downloaded data requires a PDF-compatible reader for opening the file.
If you cannot find the purchased content or have problems downloading or viewing it, please contact us immediately!

★ Yarn and Kits in the online shop
・ There are a limited number of products. These items may sell out quickly.
・ The staff will accept inquiries about products before purchase, but it may take some time to respond depending on the inquiry.
・ Products will be shipped directly from each shop.

★ When we receive your order, receipt, and shipping notification:
Order confirmation, shipping notification, and other notifications will all be sent by email Be sure to give us an email address where you can be easily reached and make sure you can receive mail from our @tokyoyarncrawl.com domain.

★Shipping and Delivery
・ Products will be shipped directly from each shop, so please realize that if you purchase multiple items from different makers, several packages will arrive.
・ Orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase. If there is some reason for delay, we will contact you.
・ If you order more than one product, we may contact you more than one time.
・The item will be shipped from each separate shop so you may receive more than one email from Tokyo yarn crawl.
・ Tokyo Yarn Crawl orders for physical products can only be placed for shipment within Japan. We will not be shipping items abroad at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience.

★ Shipping fees:
Free shipping on all orders in Japan.

★ About returns and exchanges
・ If the item is damaged or soiled during delivery, or if the item is defective, please notify the Tokyo Yarn Crawl staff within 5 days of the arrival of the item. We will take care of it quickly.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges for anything other than damaged or defective products.
